Watch: Wynne fields questions on tuition with LU students, but Boushie case take centre-stage at town hall event

Sudbury.com will be livestreaming her visit to Laurentian this morning

Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne will be in Greater Sudbury today, visiting local post-secondary institutions.

She'll be at Laurentian University at 10:30 a.m., where she will be speaking with students at the Indigenous Sharing and Learning Centre.

Sudbury.com will be livestreaming from this event.

Wynne will then participate in a tour of Collège Boréal’s Sudbury Campus alongside Sudbury MPP and Energy Minister Glenn Thibeault at 1 p.m., before heading to visit Cambrian College and host a student discussion at 2:45 p.m.

There will be no media availability during her tour.

According to national media reports, Wynne is doing a tour of post-secondary institutions in the province this week, touting the province's “free tuition” rebates.

She may also get an earful about the five-week-long college faculty strike, which cancelled classes last fall.
