Ontario Premier Doug Ford held his daily COVID-19 media briefing today at 1:30 p.m.
Ford was joined at the press conference by Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, Dr. Merrilee Fullerton, Minister of Long-Term Care, and Dr. David Williams, Chief Medical Officer of Health, to make an announcement.
Today's announcement comes on the heels of a COVID-19 modelling data presentation that was held earlier in the day.
