The familly annouces with sorrow her death at the hospital on Friday February 17th, 2017 at the age of 72.
Cherished wife of Gaëtan Gagnon, beloved mother of Diane Gagnon (Gilbert Lacroix) and precious grandmother of Curtis Caverson.
Predeceased by her parents Josphat and Gabrielle (Auger) Fournier. Sadly missed by her brothers and sisters : Berthe Gagnon (Bert), Lorraine Pepin (Rodolphe), Raymonde Fournier, Madeleine Fournier (Claude) and Normand Fournier (Patsy) all of Greater Sudbury and many nephews and nieces.
Predeceased by her sisters Hélène Fournier (Raoul), Marge Chartrand (Paul), Georgette Hall and her little sister Diane Fournier. Predeceased by her brothers Leo Fournier (Mary) of Hamilton and Charlie Fournier (Thérèse) of Val Caron.
Dear sister in law of the Gagnon family. Sadly missed by Nicolas Éthier (Amanda) and Stéphane Éthier (Ashley) of Ottawa. She will also be missed by her friends Lyse Suotola and Tracy Ross (Lindsay).
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, sister in law and a friend to all. She was always a very warm and welcoming person. She had a heart of gold and especially loved children. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all.
Funeral mass will be held at St Jean de Brébeuf Church on Friday March 24th at 10:30. The family will receive relatives and friends at 9:30 at the church. Donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Cremation at Park Lawn Sudbury Cremation Services.
