The rash of pedestrian-vehicle accidents continued its climb Friday.
City police say at 12:37 p.m. a pedestrian was struck at the intersection of Drury Lane and Franklin.
The female driver was pulling up to the stop sign on Drury Lane at Franklin Street and struck a male pedestrian who was crossing the road at the time.
Nobody was injured.
The driver was issued a ticket under the Highway Traffic Act for “fail to yield to pedestrian.”
