A car crashed through the doors of the Bulk Barn store on Great Northern Road this afternoon, causing heavy damage to the doors, windows and entrance to the store.
A police spokesperson said the crash occurred when the driver of the car mistakenly pressed the gas instead of the brakes and the car surged through the glass doors.
An ambulance attended as a precaution after the driver of the car complained of shock and anxiety but did not require transportation to the hospital.
