OPP laid more than 1,400 distracted driving charges during the first five days of a March break Distracted Driving Campaign.
One driver was busted for conducting oral hygiene behind the wheel.
"Distraction comes in all forms," tweeted Sgt. Kerry Schmidt. "Today (Saturday) a 68-year-old man was stopped for brushing his teeth while weaving all over Highway 400."
Final numbers from this blitz have yet to finalized.
"Already this week, since we launched this campaign on Monday morning we have already laid well over 1,400 distracted driving charges," said OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt on Friday.
"Well over 400, possibly 500 already in the GTA alone and that number sadly is going to rise as officers continue their enforcement."
A driver convicted of distracted driving faces a fine of $400, plus a victim surcharge and court fee, a fine of up to $1,000 if you receive a summons or fight your ticket and three demerit points applied to your driver's record.
The OPP say 2016 marked the fourth consecutive year that inattentive drivers were behind the highest number of lives lost on OPP-patrolled roads.
