Bracebridge OPP got a call on the evening of Dec. 7 about a vehicle that failed to remain after colliding with another vehicle on Muskoka Road 169, in Gravenhurst.
Within 30 minutes police received a second call of a vehicle stopped in an intersection on the same roadway.
"When Police arrived the male driver was behind the wheel finishing his chicken wings, and he was unaware of the collision," said Constable Taryn Molnar.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged a 67-year-old man from Muskoka Lakes with "Impaired Operation".and "Fail to report an accident."
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on January 4.
