The postman may always ring twice, but for members of the public, it can mean trouble with the law...especially at one o'clock in the morning.
Parry Sound OPP report that in the early morning hours of April 13, they were called to an apartment building on Forest Street.
They learned that a man was knocking on apartment doors.
Police found him escorted him back to his apartment, located within the building.
Later in the morning, police received another call about the same man knocking on apartment doors again.
They weren't so patient this time.
Donald Moynes, 65, from Parry Sound was arrested and charged with;
- Mischief Under $5,000,
- Causing a Disturbance,
Moynes was released and is scheduled to appear in court on May 23.
