Float Pod Spa was founded in the summer of 2017. We wanted to bring a unique healing experience to Sudbury. The state of mental health in North America is a growing problem and we strive to offer a holistic therapeutic approach. Sensory deprivation has many healing benefits by relieving stress built-up in the mind and body.
Each pod room features a private shower with all the necessities so you can pack light. We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers skin & body care is healthy by sourcing clean, Canadian made products.
We understand that everyone has different needs, that’s why our pod settings can be customized to your liking.
All sessions begin with an introductory speech accompanied by lights and background music for the first five minutes.
