Welcome to the Big Ticket Auction!

Please make sure you READ THE RULES, particularly the part about credit card authorizations. In short, each time you place a bid, the system places a hold authorization for that amount on your card. When you are outbid, the hold is released. If you bid $50 on ten different items, this means $500 of your available balance will be unavailable until you're outbid. Any winning bids at the end of the auction are captured - meaning your card is charged. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card for this auction. A released hold may take several days to reflect on your statement.

Winners! Here's where and when to pick up your cards:

After the auction closes, it will take us a few days to process the results.  If you have won an item or purchased an item with 'Buy Now', within 2-3 days of the auction closing you will receive an email from our team with detailed instructions regarding how you may pick up your items.  For any auction related questions, please email [email protected]

Our customer’s enthusiasm is the driving force of our business! We have had the pleasure of experiencing our customer’s excitement each year as they eagerly anticipate our reopening in the spring. We look forward to seeing returning smiles and familiar faces and to getting to know each and every new one. We love hearing stories of the “long-winter’s craving” for a “Bullet Burger” or “Cheesy Poutine” and almost every customer asks “Where’s Cathy?” who is our resident staffer who has been with the Bullet almost as long as we’ve been open! (And after almost 25 years, you can be sure Cathy knows exactly what more than a few of our customer’s are ordering without having to ask).
