Jo is a Registered Kinesiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, specializing in treating both high-performance athletes and individuals with chronic health conditions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Laurentian University. His undergraduate research focused on blood-flow restriction therapy. During his time at Laurentian, Jo served as a trainer for the Voyagers Swim Team and competed in Olympic Weightlifting.
In his clinical practice, Jo emphasizes understanding everyone’s unique needs and identifying lifestyle patterns that contribute to pain and stress.
