Weaver, Simmons LLP is seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience to join our Sudbury office.
Primary duties/responsibilities include:
Opening files; clerical support; all forms of real estate document preparation; corresponding with clients and other law offices as required; scheduling of appointments and meetings; attention to detail; and maintaining confidentiality.
Experience with the following is considered an asset:
i. Ability to complete purchase, sale and mortgage transactions and reporting letters, and familiarity with Teraview, Lawyer Done Deal and Conveyancer software;
ii. General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
