We are currently seeking a motivated Engineering Specialist with 5-10 years of experience to coordinate all activities of the engineering and investment management department to optimize process execution, ensuring the correct management of human, material and information technology resources.
Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent.
More than 3 years’ work experience in civil projects activities.
Detail-oriented and possess effective English written and verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
Comfortable in a schedule-driven environment and meet deadlines
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Ability to understand drawing related to design such as Civil, Electrical, Architectural, Plumbing, Fire code, etc.
Software knowledge: Office suite, MS Project, CAD
Knowledge of Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing, Fire detection/suppression and Electrical systems for commercial construction.
Knowledge of civil structure and concrete foundation design.
Finishing materials knowledge, and vendors sourcing for Canadian market.
