A fall prevention program for those who have balance issues
Class includes strengthening exercises to keep legs and back strong
along with targeted balance exercises
Stretching to keep limber and reduce pain and discomfort
Designed for older adults and those who have had a fall or at risk for a fall or are worried about their balance who live independently in the community
It is strongly suggested participants commit to the entire 10 week session for 2 one hour classes twice a week to get the strongest benefits
