Oh, what a spontaneous adventure I recently experienced. A squirrel came to visit me — yes! What do I mean you ask?
I’m not sure how it got into the house but Mom, Marv (Mom’s gal pal) and I (Dad was sleeping) ended up with a squirrel in the living room. Can life get any better?
I ran after it. Up the stairs, down the stairs, up the stairs, down the stairs — I was in heaven.
But on top of it, picture this: Mom with a fishing net and towel in hand while Marv just stood paralyzed in fear and shock. Moi? The joy I was a feeling is impossible to describe.
This went on for about an hour until the squirrel noticed the door Mom had left open for it, and out it ran into the night. Poof — gone. It disappeared as quickly as it had appeared.
I thought I had been dreaming until I heard the potty mouth words of relief from Mom and Marv. (Dad slept through the whole thing).
So, I was just wondering, do you appreciate a spontaneous adventure as much as I do?
