Registration Guidelines
Register early to avoid disappointment. All programs have limited capacity. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Placement in a program is guaranteed only with full payment prior to the start of a program.
All prices listed in the Leisure Guide are subject to change. Our staff will be pleased to confirm prices at time of registration. Prices include HST, where applicable.
A Leisure Services Client Sign-up Sheet (included in this Guide) must be completed and signed prior to registering in a City program. Client Sign-up Sheets must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for participants under the age of 18.
If a program is full, you may place your name on a waiting list for future vacancies.
Program Cancellation Guidelines
The City may, in its absolute discretion, cancel any program or registration at any time. In the event that a program is cancelled by the City, every effort will be made to accommodate the participant in another program.
Program Withdrawal Guidelines
Requests for program withdrawals or transfers must be made in writing. Any requests to withdraw from a program can be directed to Leisure Services, City of Greater Sudbury, 200 Brady Street, P.O. Box 5000, Station A, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 5P3 or by fax at
