Meet other moms and have your questions answered! Topics can range from breastfeeding your newborn, returning to work, introduction of solids, and managing challenges. Face-to-face groups are currently running in Minnow Lake and Espanola.

A Breastfeeding Companion – ABC program
Have a trained volunteer mentor you over the phone. They will call you at home according to your schedule. They can answer your questions, support you and get you in touch with the right services.
