No family doctor? Pregnant or have young children? The Growing Family Health Clinic can help.
The Growing Family Health Clinic provides free health care to pregnant women, mothers and children under six years of age who do not have a family doctor.
The nurse practitioners in the Growing Family Health Clinic provide regular care in the following areas:
- Pregnancy care
- Preventative care for mothers and children, such as immunizations and physical exams
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of health concerns
- Health promotion
- Referrals to specialists, other agencies and supportive services
