There’s a lot to know when it comes to trying to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

- an online prenatal program
- the Healthy Babies Health Children Program
Prenatal classes
These classes are facilitated by a Public Health Nurse and give you a chance to ask questions, gather information, and meet other pregnant women and their families.
Classes cover a range of topics about birth, feeding and caring for your new baby.
Cost
All classes are free.

Online prenatal program
The online eLearning prenatal program is a great alternative if you cannot make it to the group class for reasons such as timing, transportation, location, etc. It’s also great if you want to learn at your own pace. You can talk to a registered nurse at any time you have questions.
In the eLearning prenatal program, you will learn about:
- pregnancy
- labour and delivery
- breastfeeding
- newborn care
Included for each participant is access to the online program for 9 months.
Cost
Free to anyone living within the Sudbury and Manitoulin district.
