The sexual assault charge against Sudbury hair stylist Frank Marasco, 75, has been remanded until March 11.
His lawyer, Toronto-based Michael Lacy, is still waiting for disclosure.
Marasco was arrested and charged on Nov. 28. He is the former owner of A Touch of Class in Sudbury's South End.
