Knowing where our food comes from is something we take to heart. With our roots in the Nickel Basin as deep as the mines, we strongly believe that every ingredient tells a story, and that fully understanding the benefits and burdens of each one is the key to balancing an equally exciting and sustainable menu. 

We would like to warmly welcome each guest to share our gratitude for our community- namely- our farmers, foragers, and producers- because it's through their love and sweat that we continue to be fed.
