Rogers, Gunning entertain on a cool, fall evening

Two performers play St. Andrews Place as part of Out of the Cold Concert Series

Garnet Rogers and Dave Gunning played a sold-out crowd Sunday night at St. Andrews Place as part of the Dairy Queen Out of the Concert Series.

Next up in the series, the Ennis Sisters perform Nov. 30 at All Nations Church. They drew a crowd of 2,200 to the Grace Hartman Amphitheatre in August last year during the Vale Concert Series. Tickets go on sale soon and are $25.

Preparations are underway for Springfest 2017, taking place April 28, 2017, at St. Andrews Place. The event will feature three acts including founding member Sean McCann of Great Big Sea, blues master Jack de Keyzer and the five-member a-cappella group, Eh440.
