Sum 41 is back and heading out on the road this summer. They'll be in Sudbury at Grace Hartman Amphitheatre on July 14.

The band is heading out on its 15th anniversary tour — fittingly titled the Does This Look Infected? Tour, which kicks off in San Francisco, CA, on April 27.

April 27 (at 10 a.m.) is also the day tickets go on sale for Sum 41's July gig in Sudbury in Bell Park. Find tickets on your favourite ticket supplier's website.

How's that for a summer night? A concert under the stars with a seminal Canadian band from the past decade. Pretty good, right?

Fans can expect to hear most tracks from the band "Does This Look Infected?" album, as well as tunes from the group's latest record, "13 Voices".

The show is brought to you by 92.7 Rock and Cabin Media.

The band's 38-year-old singer, Deryck Whibley, has found a new lease on life, he says, after collapsing in his kitchen four years ago after a night of drinking. It turns out, his hard-partying lifestyle had caught up with him, and his liver and kidneys had failed.

Three days in a coma, a month of detox, and four years of sobriety later, Whibley says he's feels better than ever and looks forward to being on the road once again.
