If you’re looking for work or maybe for a new place to work, you might consider paying a visit to an upcoming job fair from YMCA Employment Services.
The event will be held at the Elm Place Mall on Feb. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fair will be located in Unit 164, the former Designer Depot location. The fair is open to all.
“The Job Fair will give job seekers the chance to meet face-to-face with over 25 recruiters and hiring businesses,” the YMCA said in a news release.
“Whether you’re new to the workforce, or are looking to change careers, there’s an opportunity waiting for you.”
If you’re planning on attending, bring your resume and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews. Parking is available in the Elm Place lot and parking passes will be validated.
“Recruiters are from various sectors, including retail, hospitality, construction, trades, automotive, mining, childcare, and more.”
