Editor's note: Sudbury.com received this review from a young reader who was just so excited about the Tunnel of Terror at Dynamic Earth that she had to tell someone about it. We're so glad she chose to tell us that we decided to run her letter as a review of the haunted underground attraction. Thanks Tiffany. Keep writing!

I went to the Tunnel of Terror this year!

Since I am an 11-year-old kid, I will tell this story from a kid's perspective, and then what the adults (my mom and dad) have to say.

First, we go in a elevator and drop seven stories underground, but the elevator ride didn’t seem too long.

You have to wear helmets for safety reasons. No one will touch you but some characters get really close and up in your face.

Their safe word is “pineapple” this year. They warned me when I told them I was 11 - but I said I’d be fine. We went to the tunnel and once you enter it gets foggy pretty quick.

I couldn’t even see my parents, in some parts it’s less foggy though. If you're wondering how scary it will be for your child or maybe you are a child, I’d give it a 9 out of 10 on the scariness.

It was about 20 minutes long, but it feels like a good time. There was a part with a bunch of bloody baby dolls hanging from the ceiling, and they were super creepy.

There was one part with prisoners screaming on other side of bars “help me!” and a person on an electric chair.

People in masks are staring at you and following you, jumping out and screaming "ahhhh!" at the top of their lungs. Dead girls are telling you you're bad friends and to get out of their room. There's people telling you to “come play” and whoever makes it out alive can leave, but whoever doesn’t has to stay down forever with them. And that’s just a few things!

All in all it was amazing and I had such a great time!

It was so great and I definitely suggest going. The other activities weren’t as fun but still worth checking out.

I hope this helped!

And for my parents view - they where also very scared and said it was very realistic and good. I screamed and jumped around 15 times but they only screamed five times, but for my parents that’s a lot because they don’t get scared by much.

They enjoy though and recommend it.
