In the rush to spend $100,000,000 of taxpayers money, this council has decided to not consult with the residents most affected by the proposed Kingsway Entertainment District- those people that live close to the proposed site.
Why did the present councillor not hold a neighbourhood meeting with the residents of Third Avenue to the Levesque Street area? Why are there no sidewalks to this site? How will future traffic affect these residents? How will the cost affect their taxes? There are so many unanswered questions about the project.
We need to slow down and find out what area residents think about the project.
