Letter: Hugs and tears at 25th annual Creighton reunion

Hugs were the norm, as were the tears that flowed, at the 25th Creighton Shines Again reunion held July 18-20. In excess of 420 registrants attended the weekend-long event.

Hugs were the norm, as were the tears that flowed, at the 25th Creighton Shines Again reunion held July 18-20.

In excess of 420 registrants attended the weekend-long event. It included a social Friday evening at the Laneway Tap & Grill, which included a bus ride to view a slag pour, then the opening ceremonies, live entertainment and Creighton memories on Saturday afternoon, a delicious Cabrini style dinner and dance Saturday evening with guest speaker Leo Gerard, and a most heart-warming closing ceremonies and interfaith service early Sunday afternoon.
