I would like to express my deep appreciation
to several members of the City of Greater Sudbury public
library staff who assisted me in the completion of my orals as
transactional analyst psychotherapies.
This was done through the means of audio
teleconference, which took place between Sudbury and
Christchurch, New Zealand.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was
unable to attend and international ITAA conference where oral
exams are usually presented.
Not knowing where to go or what to do, I
approached our local library staff for assistance. They
introduce me to the concept of a teleconference and placed me
in capable hands of Claire Zuliani, library manager.
For someone like myself who was raised in the
early 1950s in Cape Breton with only a radio and a "party line"
telephone, you can well imagine my shock at today's
technology.
I would like to thank city and library staff
for their assistance, my three examiners in New Zealand, my
supervisor, Duncan Bremner in Halifax, family
and friends, and most importantly my
clients.
