Greater Sudbury was covered in ice after freezing rain fell on our city beginning on Sunday. By Monday morning the roads, trees, houses and vehicles were transformed into glimmering ice sculptures.
Sudbury resident Sydney Clément said the ice on her car was so thick it was like a second window.
