The Nickel District Kennel Club holds its annual three-day championship dog show April 7-9 at the Toe Blake Memorial Arena in Coniston.

The shows will feature over 200 Canadian Kennel Club registered Purebred Show dogs from across Canada vying for championship titles and ranking points to determine Canada’s No. 1 dog.

Spectators will have an opportunity to mingle with the exhibitors, dog breeders and dogs while enjoying a great learning experience into the world of purebred dogs and dogs in general.

The event runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Tickets cost $5 for adults, $2 for children, or $10 for families. Seniors over the age of 55 get in for free.
