From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 18, everyone can contribute to the recreation of an original Greg Taylor photograph of Onaping Falls.

“Participants can spend a minute or spend an hour contributing to the public art piece,” said Shelby Ramm, marketing and sales manager at Artists on Elgin. “The canvas will be turned into a grid and artists will be on hand to guide the process.”

Once the public art piece has been completed, Artists on Elgin will display the piece along with the top 65 pieces chosen for the RBC Dominion Securities Art Impact Juried Art Show at the Vale Living with Lakes Centre during the last three weeks of June.

“You don’t need to be an artist to be creative and this is an excellent opportunity for the community to collectively create,” Ramm said.
