Check it out: Watch time-lapse Yoda take shape!

Sculpt or sculpt not — there is no try. Well, sculpt he did. In honour of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”, we asked Sudbury artist Trevor TenHave to sculpt us a Yoda head so we could film it for our own (and yours too!) amusement.

In honour of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”, we asked Sudbury artist Trevor TenHave to sculpt us a Yoda head so we could film it for our own (and yours too!) amusement.

Well, here’s what Trevor came up with. We think it looks fantastic and have watched the video several times in anticipation of watching the seventh installation in the Star Wars franchise this week.

Most of the NorthernLife.ca newsroom is as excited as can be to see the new film.

Curious about Trevor’s other work? He was part of the art department for the film “Antibirth” (2016) that was filmed in Sudbury and starred Natasha Lyonne and Chloë Sevigny.

Recently, Trevor launched his own business, Sculptor’s Vault, that specializes in sculpting various aspects of geek culture, from movie icons to video game characters. Not only does he produce original and unofficial/unlicensed pieces, Trevor also takes commissions.

Check out his Facebook page to see more of his work or contact him.
