Verdicchio Ristorante has partnered with Penokean Hills Farms and Stack Brewing to bring an authentic farm-to-table dining experience to Sudbury on Aug. 25.
The "Beef Stack: Farm-to-Table Harvest Dinner" will feature three beers from Stack Brewing and 15 different cuts of beef from nearby Penokean Hills Farms.
Guests can sit back and watch as the kitchen team from Verdicchio demonstrates three different cooking methods (sous vide, braise and roast) right before your eyes.

This is a social cocktail-style event with interactive food stations and farmers and brewers on site excited and willing to share their food and drink stories.
The event runs from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Aug. 25.
Tickets are $67 plus tax and include your choice of three tasty beef dishes complimented with three beer pairings. Sides are included.
