Even though their studies are over, the work of this year’s graduating class of Cambrian College’s Design and Visual Arts program will live on for another year, online.

Every year, grad students in the program put on a year-end exhibit with their work on display at the college. This year, the COVID pandemic prompted the students and their professors to host their exhibit in the virtual world.

You can now view the Design and Visual Arts Grad Show 2021 online here.

“We are so pleased to present this exhibit of student artwork,” said Johanna Westby, a professor with Cambrian’s School of Creative Arts and Design, in a press release. “Students have worked hard to achieve some fantastic work, despite the challenges presented during this time. We look forward to seeing what these talented artists create in the future!"

As part of the exhibit, several awards were given to students and the works of art they entered:

Outstanding Emerging Artist - Gaurav Saini

President's Award - Madison Kotyluk

Board of Governors' Awards - Reshma Nair and Sabrina Leonard

President's Collection Award - Reshma Nair

Westby + Neufeld Collection - Madison Kotyluk and Gaurav Saini
