The sixth and latest chapter of the locally produced drama "Perspective" screens at Cinéfest Sudbury International Film Festival at 2 p.m. on Sept. 22.

Subtitled “Variations on a Love Triangle in 9 Chapters,” the film is divided into nine chapters that span nine years in the lives of three characters named “Alex.” Annually since 2012, a new chapter of "Perspective" has been produced and presented exclusively at Cinéfest.

The film project spans nearly a decade in the lives of fictional characters that actually age.

The latest chapter, entitled “The Saddest Lines,” will premiere this year following the preceding five chapters. So far, the duration of the film is 103 minutes.

The film is a project by Thorneloe University motion picture arts program supervisor Benjamin Paquette. The program's entire faculty and all of its students were involved in the production.

Cinéfest runs until Sunday night. For a full lineup and ticket information, visit the festival's website.
