Close to 3,000 expected for Jehovah's Witnesses convention

More than 2,900 Jehovah's Witnesses from across northeastern Ontario are expected to flood into Sudbury this week. Beginning July 25 and running all weekend, the convention is open to the public, of all faiths and denominations.
More than 2,900 Jehovah's Witnesses from across northeastern Ontario are expected to flood into Sudbury this week.

Beginning July 25 and running all weekend, the convention is open to the public, of all faiths and denominations. Entitled “Keep Seeking First God's Kingdom,” the convention starts at 9:20 a.m. daily at Sudbury Arena and features two live performances, one modern and set in Biblical times, featuring full costume.

Admission is free. The convention is supported entirely by voluntary donations.
