The Copper Cliff Musuem and Greater Sudbury Public Library have jumped aboard the Pokémon Go bandwagon with an event for players of the popular mobile game planned on Thursday, Aug. 4.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pokémon players of the game are invited to visit the museum, located on Balsam Street, and the library for an afternoon of Pokémon Go fun.

“Meet fellow team members during our Poké gathering. Take part in our Pokémon Go scavenger hunt, information session, PokéStop walking tour and more,” said a Facebook page for the event.

The Pokémon event is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m.
