York University-trained dancer Mikaela Demers has organized a “dance intensive” workshop set to take place in Sudbury July 17-21.
Dubbed “branch,” the workshop is intended for pre-professional and professional dancers.
“It has been designed to meet the needs and interests of dancers from Northern Ontario but is welcoming dancers from any origins to join in this week of training and building community,” said a press release.
“The intensive delivers an all originally from Sudbury faculty including Heidi Strauss, Brian Solomon, Megan English, Lauren Foy and Mikaela Demers.”
