The Adult Enrichment Centre turns five this year and on Friday they’re inviting people to help them celebrate.
The centre provides services and community programs to people with disabilities and all of the funds raised at Friday’s event will go to supporting that work.
The event takes place June 7 at the Steelworkers Hall on Brady Street.
“We will be having guest speakers and will have some big announcements in regards to updates and expansion plans for northern communities that are sure to be of interest to all!” said Ashley Pelland, a developmental support worker at the centre.
Tickets are $65 each and can be purchased by calling 705-470-7474. Cocktails are at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m.
The event will feature vendor tables from Scentsy, Doterra, Heavenly Leggings and Kadence Music Therapy, a variety of guest speakers, dinner, a penny table and photo booth, and live entertainment by Spotlight Dance, clients of the centre, and a local dancer and singers.
