I’d like to know because I was recently a supervisor. Here’s what I mean.
Mom had some yard work to do, and of course, she wanted me with her because I am her best four-legged friend. Who are we kidding? Even if I had only two legs, I’d still be her best friend.
There were brush and weeds that needed to be cleared out. Since I am not able to operate the tools required for this job, I had no choice but to be her supervisor.
I sat on our blue wagon, with my cushion for my tushion, and looked on to make sure she did not miss anything. Yes, I had to ignore the squirrels and chipmunks, but it was a sacrifice I was willing to make because I am a responsible little fella and I was on duty.
It was a beautiful sunny day, and Mom commented on how good she felt after she had completed her work and that it was good exercise. I guess it was more exercise for her than it was for me. Wink, wink.
So, I was just wondering, what is your preference, supervising or labouring?
