She won a 'Passport to the Arts,' which has $1,800 value, and gets you into multiple Sudbury festivals, plays and concerts

Darlene Courville is the lucky winner of the Sudbury Blueberry Festival draw for a Sudbury Arts Council “Passport to the Arts” package.

Worth $1,800 and donated to the blueberry festival by the arts council, this sampler package offers people the opportunity to experience Sudbury festivals, plays, workshops, concerts and more.

Participating organizations in the passport include Northern Lights Festival Boreal, Sudbury Indie Cinema Co-op, Sudbury Theatre Centre, Play Smelter, La Slague, Art Gallery of Sudbury, Sudbury Arts Council, Thorneloe University Theatre, Jazz Sudbury, Wordstock Literary Festival, Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario, Sudbury Symphony Orchestra, and Respect is Burning Kitchen + Bar.

The draw received more than 1,000 entries over the seven days of the Sudbury Blueberry Festival, which ran July 14-21.
