B. Hadner will star in Lasalle Secondary School's modern rendition of "Robin Hood: The Great Escape.”

The Lasalle Secondary School Black Box Theatre invites the community to “Robin Hood: The Great Escape” from Thursday, June 1 to Saturday, June 3 at 7:30 p.m.

A modern take on a fan favourite, “Robin Hood: The Great Escape,” by Andrea Boyde and Laura Teasdale, tells the story of an underdog who overcomes a repressive regime to protect those who cannot defend themselves.

The retelling of the classic tale features memorable characters and themes with a plot twist!

Not only does Robin Hood steal from the rich to give to the poor, his community of outlaws provide a safe harbour for those that fit outside of societal norms - for the time period.

The cost for admission is $5 for students and $10 for adults.

Tickets can be purchased through SchoolCash Online, at the door, or by contacting Ashley Paige Fraser at 705-566-2280 or [email protected].

Lasalle Secondary School is located at 1545 Kennedy St. in Sudbury.
