There will be more Thai to go around as of Dec. 12, once Pipat Sripimolphan opens a second My Thai Restaurant Palace location in the city's South End.

The new restaurant, which will offer dine-in, take out and delivery, is attached to Anke & Tony Teklenburg's Seafood Restaurant in the the mall at the corner of Long Lake Road and Regent Street, which is also owned by Sripimolphan.

The restaurateur said the secondary location will offer the same menu as the current Notre Dame location, but offer more convenience to more customers.

“It will be closer and faster,” Sripimolphan said. “We're trying to expand now to make all Sudbury customers happy.”
