Hundreds of Yogis showed up to the Caruso Club on April 17 for the Sudbury Yogathon for Mental Health.

The event was geared towards being fun and accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Specialized yoga instructors led classes of various yoga styles during the six hour yogathon.

Local exhibitors were on hand as well to share nutritious food and beverages, health products and yoga apparel. 

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Northern Initiative for Social Action (NISA), a peer-run mental health organization in downtown Sudbury which provides programs and services to people to people with lived experience of mental illness.
