If you asked Trinity Shoppe owners Shelley Young, Tammy Smith and Kimberly Stewart that question, their answer would be simple - it's a fact. All three women claim to have psychic abilities and are now sharing their gift with Sudbury residents.
They've started offering psychic development classes at their
store, located at 255 Hazel St.
"We had so many questions from people that wanted to know how
we are able to do what we do, that we realized there was enough
interest in the city," Young said.
Some of the classes offered are Introduction to Spirit and
Spirit Releasement (cleansing of haunted places).
Past Life Regression Therapy is taught by Young who is a
certified hypnotherapist. She explores past life, karmic
connections, soul mates and spiritual aspects of
relationships.
According to Young, every student who had taken the six-week
psychic development course developed medium abilities.
Smith is now developing her healing ability.
"A lot of my studying is quantam healing," she says. "People
are becoming more and more aware of energy and spirit."
Students receive certificates upon graduation from each course.
They welcome non-believers to spend a couple of hours with
them.
Aside from offering psychic development classes, the women have
been working on a documentary since last year investigating
haunted locations in Northern Ontario. They are still looking
for places with paranormal activity to be featured in the film.
The film, produced by M-Potent Productions, is hoping to be
completed in time for Cinefest this fall.
