Speaking School now offers businesses in the north a cost-effective option of using local talent to inspire and motivate audiences. Lynn Hall and Christine Shirota, directors of Speaking School, have achieved professional membership status in the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

Speaking School is accepting registrations from adults who want to improve their public speaking skills. Courses will begin Sept. 12.

"Public speaking is now a recognized job requirement for the majority of employees", says Hall. "The increased confidence participants report after a short investment of their time is immediately apparent on the job," adds Shirota.

Classes will take one morning a week over a three-week period. For more information, phone 674-8282. Registration can be done online at www.speakingschool.ca .
