Noye's Fludde, the one-act opera by British composer Benjamin Britten, is being performed at Glad Tidings Church June 3. Curtain time is 7:30 p.m.

The opera premiered in 1958, and was specifically created to engage a small community in opera.

Fludde invites you to re-examine your feelings about both opera and the classic tale of Noah and his ark.

This performance features the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra, along with a children’s choir, local youth singers and professional opera singers.

Tickets cost $50 for adults, $45 for seniors and $25 for those under the Amped Up! youth initiative (for those aged 35 and under).
