Theatre Cambrian is continuing to grow.

The company recently launched a new educational program, designed to help aspiring performers get to the next level.

“The Theatre Cambrian Academy is a comprehensive tool to assist performers in reaching their dreams,” said Mark Mannisto, executive director of TC. “We look at all the tools that are needed to make performers the 'triple threat' everyone is looking for.”

The addition of the Academy means TC will now offer programming year-round.

“We are very excited to add on to our stellar education program to offer youth something which runs from January until June, thus rounding out our year-round performing,” said Jeff Burton, program founder and co-ordinator.

“The Academy is perfect for all those kids that love to sing, dance and act and want to gain experience in all three.”

Registration for the TCA is open from now until Jan. 14. Courses are $175 for those attending classes once a week, and $300 for those attending twice. The program winds down with a recital in June.
