Did you love the Beauty and the Beast films, both the 2017 live action film starring Emma Watson and the classic 1991 Disney animated flick?

Then you'll probably love YES Theatre's latest project. In December, the theatre troupe's new division, YES Theatre Orchestra, puts on a performance of Beauty and the Beast.

YES Theatre Orchestra looks to provide audiences with a unique musical experience. Each holiday season it will present concert performances of family-friendly classics with an orchestra and company totaling between 40-50 artists.

This initiative will allow audiences to listen to the music of beloved musicals in the way they were intended to be heard; with full orchestration.

“YES Theatre is thrilled to present this timeless classic in concert to provide audiences with an intimate experience with this beloved score,” said a press release.

This production will star Jake Deeth as the Beast, Gabriella Albino as Belle and Alessandro Costantini as Lumiere.

Audience will remember the Deeth and Albino from past YES productions. Deeth was King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar and Edna in Hairspray. Albino was Nina in In The Heights, and Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof.

The production will run Dec. 7, 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 9 at 1:30 p.m.

If you're already thinking forward to December and would like to buy tickets, there's an early bird discount of 15 per cent off until Sept. 22.
