Lauren provides a poignant musical voyage that will captivate the audience.

A Toronto-based singer-songwriter, Lauren has earned a reputation for her powerful and emotive voice, which effortlessly conveys a rich blend of blues, roots soul, pop and jazz.

Her unique musical style is both captivating and deeply resonant, drawing listeners in with every note.

Her third album, My Voice, produced by Tyler Emond, explores themes of voice, power, and inequity. The album features 11 tracks that speak to the heart, each offering a compelling narrative that resonates with audiences on an emotional level.

The album has garnered international acclaim, including airplay and playlist placements around the world, and its standout cover of Jann Arden’s "Insensitive" was featured on CBC Radio’s Under the Covers, further solidifying Lauren’s musical versatility and connection with listeners.

Lauren’s musical journey began as a teenager, performing with the renowned Toronto All-Star Big Band.

This early experience provided a solid foundation for her to build an impressive career, one marked by numerous accolades, including nominations from prestigious organizations such as the International Songwriting Competition and Unsigned Only.
Over the years, Lauren has developed a distinctive sound, which spans a wide range of musical genres and has captured the attention of music lovers globally.

Her earlier solo albums, Your Mess (2015) and The Other Side (2012), were met with widespread acclaim and positioned Lauren as an artist to watch.

These releases led to performances at esteemed events, including Folk Alliance International and the Halifax International Jazz Festival, as well as a series of performances in Europe.

Lauren’s unique voice has also been featured on tracks by Hibernate, including a compilation curated by the legendary British dance producer Paul Oakenfold.

While Lauren’s collaborations have been diverse and enriching, she remains steadfastly focused on her own artistic path.
